An American who has lived overseas for 25 years, first in Beijing and now Istanbul, Jeff is an expert in cross cultural communication. He is the author of the EQ Solutions training curriculum and the General Manager of EtkinÖnderlik. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He is an ICF coach and trainer in Emotional Intelligence. He is able to provide coaching and training in English, Chinese and Turkish.

Dan Krull
Leadership Trainer
Dan Krull received a bachelor’s degrees in mathematics from Colorado State University, a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Azusa Pacific University and completed doctoral studies in philosophy of labor at Bakke Graduate University. Dan has over 30 years of international work experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Together with his wife Dina and their four grown children, Dan enjoys cycling, surfing, nature, and good coffee.

Noemi Maano
Public Speaker
Noemi Maano is from the Philippines. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the East. In 1997, she joined Toastmasters, a club designed to hone people’s skills in public speaking. She won several speech contests. After 9/11, she went to Afghanistan as a teacher and a humanitarian worker and stayed there for seven years. She studied at Columbia International University in South Carolina, where she finished her Master’s in Education. She also holds a doctorate in Intercultural Studies from FIU in Washington state. She has published three books- a documentary, a biography, and a memoir. Noemi loves adventures, traveling, mentoring young people, and being hospitable. She has resided in Istanbul, Turkey, since 2016.

Lyuba has 10 years of experience conducting Emotional Intelligence team building, training and coaching for companies such as: BG Kazakhstan, Conocophilips, World Bank, Shell, BI group, Kaz Munai gaz as well as AIFC. Lyuba has a deep passion to help companies and teams become High Performance Teams. At the moment, Lyuba is working in partnership with Linx Consulting in Istanbul, Turkey. In her free time Lyuba loves attending Istanbul Toastmasters club, sharpening her public speaking skills and helping others grow.
